Worthington Mill Bridge Dedication Ceremony

Join Rep. Marcell and Senator Farry along with local officials for a ceremony to dedicate the Worthington Mill Bridge on Worthington Mill Road in honor of Colonel Daniel “Larry” Rubini Friday, November 7, at 10:30 a.m. Colonel Rubini served more than 30 years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Judge Advocate General and Civil Affairs Officer, playing key roles in missions across the globe, including Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. His distinguished career, both military and civilian, left a powerful legacy. 

Road Closure for the Event:

On Newtown/Wrightstown side:
Worthington Mill Road (and bridge) will be closed from Swamp Road beginning at 9:00am to allow for setup of the bridge dedication ceremony - no traffic or parking will be permitted. Please use Second Street Pike or Newtown-Richboro Road as alternate.

On Northampton side:
Worthington Mill Road will be closed at Twining Bridge, unless attending the dedication ceremony. (parking will be authorized on both shoulders of the roadway).
