The Park and Recreation Board would like to extend a big thank you to the many sponsors, donors and volunteers who helped make the annual Harvest Festival on October 18 a great success. Over 200 people attended the event, and 54 door prizes were awarded.
We very much appreciate First National Bank of Newtown and Blue Rock Construction for their sponsorship. Likewise, thanks to the Middletown Grange for use of their facilities, Charles Cesari for providing the hay wagon rides and Davis Feed Mill for the many bales of hay for the hay wagon and the hay slide.
