WORK SESSION
MEETING MINUTES
September 25, 2002
The meeting was called to order at 5:05 p.m. by Chair Chester Pogonowski. In attendance were Vice Chair Jane Magne and Member Allen
Masenheimer. Also in attendance was Eileen M. Bradley, Township Administrator and Jeff Marshall of Heritage Conservancy.
Mr. Marshall suggested that the Township apply for a Community Conservation Partnership Program grant from the Department of Conservation and Natural
Resources. Grant deadline was October 15, 2002.
Estimates for Re-Codification of Township ordinances and the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance had come in, with Keystate Publishers performing
re-codification and electronic formatting for $5,160.00.
Options for the Building Renovation/Addition Project were discussed. It was agreed to research modular construction options.
Personnel issues were also discussed in Executive Session.
There being no further business or comment, Mr. Masenheimer made a motion, seconded by Ms. Magne to adjourn at 7:15 p.m. All were in favor.
