WRIGHTSTOWN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORK SESSION MEETING MINUTES August 14, 2002
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Chester Pogonowski. In attendance were Vice Chair Jane Magne and Member Allen Masenheimer.
Also in attendance were Township Administrator Eileen M. Bradley, Township Solicitor Terry Clemons, Planning Commissioner Dennis Keating and Mr. and Mrs. Alan Brady.
Mr. Dennis Keating said that he had to request a leave of absence from the Wrightstown Planning Commission due to family illness. He would be unable to
attend the next Wrightstown Planning Commission meeting on August 22.
Brady Subdivision: Mr. and Mrs. Brady expressed concern over the proposed 25 foot easement for a walking trail on their property. The
property value would be greatly reduced. Mr. Clemons said that the easement was only a suggestion. The Township was still interested in a maintenance easement around the bridge area. The Bradys were
amenable to that easement. Revisions to the original resolution of July 15 would be made at the next meeting, August 19.
Toll/Hibbs: Mr. Clemons was asked to provide copies of all plans at the August 19 meeting, so that the Board of Supervisors could refer to each
if needed. The Board of Supervisors would deliberate on August 19, but would take no additional testimony or public comment.
Fisher Farm Conservation Easement: Mr. Clemons said that plans for settlement of an agreement with the owners of the Fisher Farm were
underway. A meeting was to be held with the Bucks County Agricultural Preservation Board on Thursday August 15 to request financial assistance with the purchase of the easement.
Tulio Landscaping: Pickering, Corts and Summerson, Inc. had inspected and released the remaining funds due to Tulio Landscaping for drainage work
done in 2001 to Cherry Lane.
Personnel and Legal issues were also discussed in Executive Session.
There being no further business or comment, Mr. Masenheimer made a motion, seconded by Ms. Magne to adjourn at 8:15 p.m. All were in favor.
Respectfully Submitted,
Eileen M. Bradley Township Administrator
